Allison Gray, M.D.
Dr. Gray is a Board Certified Neurologist and Brain Injury Specialist with extensive experience in the treatment of concussion, mild traumatic brain injury, and repetitive head injuries, both in non-athletes who have suffered from falls and motor vehicle collisions, and in athletes at all levels of play (professional, collegiate, and high school). Dr. Gray provides pre-fight clearance (neurologic exams and physicals) for professional boxers and MMA fighters, as well as concussion evaluation and management for professional athletes who have been injured during practice and competition. Dr. Gray evaluates and treats patients for other neurologic conditions, including stroke, TIA, brain hemorrhage, seizures, Alzheimer's dementia and other dementias, Parkinson's disease, and many others.
Ramya Shyam, M.S., CCC-SLP
Ramya Shyam is a licensed speech-language pathologist who specializes in cognitive rehabilitation therapy. She completed all of her schooling in Massachusetts, earning her graduate degree at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham. Ramya then completed her clinical fellowship at a cognitive therapy private practice in Boulder where a majority of the patients had suffered concussive injuries. Since that time she has specialized in the assessment and treatment of individuals who have experienced cognitive-linguistic changes due to traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, various neurological diseases (e.g., multiple sclerosis), and chemotherapy. She also has a background in education and learning disabilities.
Mary Finck, PT, DPT, CBIS
Mary Finck is a licensed physical therapist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist who specializes in vestibular and neurological rehabilitation. She has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Leisure Science from Whittier College and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Mary completed rotations in brain injury and spinal cord injury at Moss Rehabilitation Center, and she previously worked at Craig Hospital. She focuses on the evaluation and treatment of individuals with traumatic brain injury. Mary holds certifications in LSVT Therapy for Parkinson's Disease, Level 2 Kineticore Dry Needle Certification, and she is vestibular certified concussion trained. She educates and approaches each patient as a unique individual with an individualized treatment plan aimed at improving function and regaining quality of life.
